The quality of LED lighting

The paper defines the specific quality of LED lighting, shows how LED quality can be controlled and how it can be increased. It suggests simple ways of checking LED quality for lighting designers. Furthermore it indicates ways of increasing LED quality in order to increase energy efficiency and lifetime and minimize health hazards. Specific test methods for evaluating LED and LED lighting quality will be discussed. A simplified and modest budget method has been developed to provide a tool for lighting designers to evaluate LED quality.
