Cancellation policy
Your registration is binding. Cancellation is possible in the case of illness or due to circumstances beyond the registree's control. In the latter case 75% of the registration fee can be refunded up to one month before the conference. Cancellations must be made in writing and accompanied by a doctor's certificate, if applicable.
